The three former Byrds, signed to Capitol Records in 1978. They had success on the singles charts with Roger’s “Don’t You Write Her Off”, from their first album, “McGuinn, Clark & Hillman. Their second album, “City” was recorded prior to Gene Clark’s departure and their third and final album, “McGuinn-Hillman” was released in 1980. Touring extensively throughout the U.S. and internationally from 1978, they disbanded in 1980.
