McGuinn, Clark & Hillman
The three former Byrds, signed to Capitol Records in 1978. They had success on the singles charts with Roger’s “Don’t You Write Her Off”, from their first album, “McGuinn, Clark & Hillman. Their second album, “City” was recorded prior to Gene Clark’s departure and their third and final album, “McGuinn-Hillman” was released in 1980.
Touring extensively throughout the U.S. and internationally from 1978, they disbanded in 1980.
